Transaction Management

In-depth knowledge of the markets and a high level of expertise establish the basis for process control in both share and asset deals. The transactions we supervise predominantly involve properties with problems relating to NPLs (non-performing loans) and the conception and implementation of transparently structured bidding contests.

Performance Management

Potential must be analysed in terms of overall costs and earnings and transformed into a strategic concept. For it to be implemented successfully, the overall process needs to be steered using the planned measures so that a lasting increase in value can be generated. Our General Manager coordinates all processes essential to this optimisation.

Restructuring

In the midst of a global financial crisis, rapid adjustment processes are vital. Every fourth company in Europe and the USA will see their existence threatened within the next 10 years. Crisis management is one of the biggest challenges for all of the parties involved ‒ management and consultants alike.

Sustainability is key for our German Mixed Fund. Location quality, solidity and suitability of the basic structure of the building and technical fittings for the planned mixture of users are crucial factors for our portfolio structure. The ratio of core to opportunity shares must bear up against our strict risk containment. Our portfolio is geared to the requirements of global investors.
